Instant NDA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Instant NDA mobile and web application (the “App”) and this website at instantnda.us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Instant NDA.
By using the App or website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Instant NDA is a document-automation tool. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the App:

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories such as health data, financial account numbers, or government ID numbers through the App.
3. How we use your information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the App
- Authenticate you and maintain your account
- Generate, store, and email signed NDA PDFs to you and the other party
- Display your signing history inside the App
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we store and protect data
- Database & file storage: User profiles, session records, and signed PDFs are stored using Supabase (hosted infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest).
- Authentication: Managed through Supabase Auth.
- Email delivery: Signed PDF copies are sent via Resend to the email addresses you and the other party provide.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Third-party services
We rely on the following service providers to run Instant NDA:

6. Data retention
We retain your account information and signed NDAs for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting hello@instantnda.us. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, audit logs).
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export a copy of your data
- Opt out of non-essential communications (we send only transactional emails related to signing today)

California residents: We do not sell personal information. You may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA — contact us to learn more.
EEA/UK residents: Where applicable, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Children's privacy
Instant NDA is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.
9. International transfers
If you use Instant NDA from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfers where permitted by law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
